Cirrus Aircraft hat die 2014er Version der SR20 und SR22 der Generation 5 angekündigt. Mit dem Modellwechsel bekommen die Maschinen LED-Positionslampen und -Strobes in den Wingtips, Hochleistungsbremsen von Beringer und spektakuläre neue Lackierungen. Ansonsten sind sie technisch mit der 2013er Version der G5 identisch: Fünf Sitze, 60/40-Flex Seating und eine Zuladung von 1340 lbs (607 kg).
